Construction has reached a major milestone at Prime Business Park East Bendigo, with the first precast panels now erected for Offices A1–A6. Sourced from Victoria’s leading supplier, Statewide Panels, these towering structures mark the beginning of vertical progress across the estate—with over 1,000 panels to be installed before completion.

The foundation works to Offices A1–A6 have now reached completion. The builder and their team of trades have delivered these works in a prompt and professional manner, enabling concrete footing works to commence earlier than anticipated.

Construction is officially underway at Prime Business Park East Bendigo, with site works now commenced and KF Building appointed as the lead builder. This marks the beginning of a transformative project set to deliver Bendigo’s first modern, architecturally designed industrial estate.
