Footing to B1-B6

We’re pleased to provide you with a construction update from Prime Business Park East Bendigo, where momentum continues across multiple fronts of the development.

Progress continues across multiple fronts at Prime Business Park East Bendigo, with a number of milestones achieved in both the office and warehouse components of the estate. Works remain on track, with strong momentum across structural, civil and servicing packages.

Roofing Completed – Offices A1–A6

Roofing and flashing have now been completed to Offices A1–A6, providing full structural enclosure to these street-fronting buildings. This allows internal services and fit out works to continue unimpeded by weather conditions and represents a key turning point in progressing these high-exposure office units.

Under-Slab Services Preparation – Offices A1–A6 & B1-B6

Works have also continued below ground, with under-slab services advancing through Offices A1–A6, while Building B1–B6 has seen installation of under-slab infrastructure and the pouring of concrete footings.

Steel Mezzanines A1-A6

Steel mezzanine structures are now being installed to Offices A1–A6.

G1-G3 Roofing

To the northern section of the site, structural roofing steel has now been completed to Warehouses G2 and G3. Follow-on works are also underway with box gutters, roof drainage, and rainwater systems currently being staged.

Stage 2 Site Levelling Ongoing

Site levelling continues across the broader Stage 2 area, including future warehouse plots and associated access ways.

UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION WORKS:

In the coming fortnight, the construction team will focus on completing the steel mezzanines across all six A-series office units, with internal structural works continuing in parallel with underground service coordination.

Roofing works are also due to commence on Warehouses G2 and G3, following recent steel completion.

A major upcoming milestone is the installation of precast concrete panels to G1 and B1–B6, currently scheduled for 11th August. This event will significantly transform the site’s appearance and provide tangible progress to the internal spine of the estate.

Elsewhere, site teams are preparing for the installation of under-slab services to Unit A7, followed by concrete slab works to Warehouse G3.
