We are pleased to share that construction has officially commenced at Prime Business Park East Bendigo, with the builder now in possession of the site and initial site cut and civil works underway. This marks an exciting new chapter for Prime Business Park, as we begin transforming the vision into reality.
The construction contract has been awarded to esteemed local firm KF Building, led by Kevin Walsh—an experienced and highly regarded commercial builder within the Bendigo region. Kevin’s commitment to quality and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering a business park that meets the highest standards of design and construction.
KF Building has demonstrated remarkable swiftness in executing key site establishment tasks, including the installation of a security fencing system along the entire property boundary to ensure the security of the project,. This will remain through the entire development.
Considering the considerable size of Prime Business Park East Bendigo, KF Building estimates that clearing and levelling operations will span several weeks. Rest assured, this timeframe has been seamlessly integrated into the builders comprehensive project schedule. These preliminary tasks are of paramount importance as they set the stage for a robust foundation for the construction phase.
