We were pleased to welcome Win News Bendigo to site this week to showcase the exciting progress underway at Prime Business Park East Bendigo.

The news story highlighted the critical need for high-quality office and warehouse space in the Bendigo industrial market—and how our development is helping to meet that demand. With brand new buildings now under construction, Prime Business Park is delivering the next generation of modern workplaces for local businesses to grow and thrive.

Importantly, the story also covered the broader impact of the project, from the jobs and opportunities it’s creating for local trades, to the long-term benefit of supporting up to 300 workers across the business park once fully operational.
