Foundation Works

We are pleased to share that construction at Prime Business Park continues to progress ahead of schedule.

The foundation works to Offices A1–A6 have now reached completion. The builder and their team of trades have delivered these works in a prompt and professional manner, enabling concrete footing works to commence earlier than anticipated.

Running in tandem with this progress, site cut and soil preparation is now underway for Factories G1 & G2, setting the stage for the next phase of construction.

We look forward to keeping you informed with regular project updates as key milestones are reached throughout the construction journey.

UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION WORKS:

  • Concrete footings to A1-A6

  • Precast Panels to A1-A6

  • Upgrading/replacement of authority services to site

  • Civil site works, cutting and levelling soil

  • Trenching works for warehouse services
