Panel Installation G1-G3

We’re pleased to provide you with a construction update from Prime Business Park East Bendigo, where momentum continues across multiple fronts of the development.

Progress continues across multiple fronts at Prime Business Park East Bendigo, with a number of milestones achieved in both the office and warehouse components of the estate. Works remain on track, with strong momentum across structural, civil and servicing packages.

Structural Roofing Steel Completed – Offices A1–A6

The structural roofing steel has now been fully installed to Offices A1 through A6. This milestone brings the buildings to near full structural completion and provides a strong framework for the installation of roofing and internal services.

Gutter installation has now commenced across Offices A1–A6 and preparations are now underway for the installation of roof sheeting to A1–A6.

Under-Slab Services Preparation – Offices A1–A6

Concurrently, crews are progressing with preparations for under-slab services including electrical, communications, and plumbing infrastructure. These services will be embedded prior to concrete slab pours.

Concrete Footings Completed – Warehouses G1, G2 & G3

Concrete footings have now been poured and completed and the installation of precast concrete wall panels are now underway to G1, G2 and G3.

Roofing steel for G1, G2 and G3 has also been delivered to site, with works scheduled to commence shortly following completion of the wall panel installation. This delivery keeps the structural program running efficiently and ensures no delays in the transition to full building frames.

Stage 2 Site Levelling Ongoing

Site levelling continues across the broader Stage 2 area, including future warehouse plots and associated accessways.

Main Sewer Installation Completed

We are pleased to confirm the successful completion of the main sewer installation across the entire site. This key civil milestone supports the long-term servicing of all tenancies and forms part of the essential backbone infrastructure for the estate. With sewer works now complete, the site is well-positioned for continued building and service installations.
