Milestone:
Panels and Steel to G Factories
We are pleased to provide the mid-September construction update for Prime Business Park.
Completed Construction Works Last Month
Over the past month, steady progress has continued across the estate. Electrical rough-in works have advanced through Offices A1–A6, with first-level window frames and internal wall framing now complete. Mechanical installation and solar system installation have also commenced to these buildings.
At the G buildings, roofing and guttering have been completed to G2, roofing steel has been installed to G1, and the structural mezzanine has been erected within G3 for future office storage units.
Across the broader site, the north and east boundary retaining walls are now complete, bored pier works have commenced for the F Warehouses, and electrical conduit and pit installations have begun throughout the development.
We look forward to keeping you informed with regular project updates as key milestones are reached throughout the construction journey.
Thank you for being part of this exciting development.
Upcoming Construction Works This Month
In the month ahead, works will focus on progressing external finishes and key structural elements. External caulking and painting to the first level of Offices A1–A6 will continue, alongside the commencement of plumbing rough-ins and completion of the solar installation. There is also potential for the ground-floor concrete slabs for A1–A6 to be poured.
At G1, installation of the roofing sheets will continue, while precast panel installation is scheduled for Offices B1–B6, with the potential for precast works to also commence on the A7 Café.
For the F Warehouses, concrete strip footings will be cut and poured, and backfilling to the retaining walls will occur to finalise the site levelling works.
