Update:

28th November 2025

Milestone:

Progress Continues Onsite

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for Prime Business Park, East Bendigo, summarising progress achieved onsite over the past month and anticipated works ahead.

Works Completed in the Past Month

Construction momentum has continued strongly throughout November, with several key elements progressing across both the office and warehouse components of the estate:

  • Offices A1–A6: Healthy progress continues across the A1–A6 office buildings. Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-ins have reached completion along with internal wall framing works. Internal plaster wall installation and ceiling linings are on track to reach completion shortly. Bathroom tiling and kitchenette fit outs are also advancing well throughout all units. Exterior painting, external louver screens, and aluminium timber cladding is close to completion with only final touches remaining.

  • A7: The central cafe at Prime Business Park has now risen from the ground, with precast panels and structural steel being installed. Under slab works are advancing well along with roof plumbing works.

  • Offices B1-B6: Works have promptly progressed with the completion of roofing steel, roof sheeting, and plumbing works. First level steel mezzanines have also been installed. Under slab services are well advanced and are reaching completion shortly. Preparation works are underway for ground floor concrete slab pours to occur post completion of under slab services works. Preparations are also being made for the installation of external windows.

  • Warehouses G1–G3: Strong progress has been made across Warehouses G1–G3, with completion of the installation of under slab works and pouring of the internal concrete slabs. Works are now progressing on the steel mezzanines and internal framing.

  • Warehouses D & F: A major milestone has been achieved with the installation of the F1-F8 precast concrete panels onsite. Reinforced concrete footings have also been poured for warehouses D8-D15 in anticipation of precast panels been installed from the middle of December, with completed due by the end of this year. Roofing steel, roof sheeting and plumbing works have also progressed quickly to warehouse F1-F8.

  • Civil & Site Infrastructure: Across the broader site, civil infrastructure works are progressing strongly. Kerbs and footpath installation works to the southern laneway are now complete, and final preparation works are underway for installation of the top asphalt roadway.

Looking ahead, the development team will be focused on advancing external finishes, continuing roofing programs, and progressing civil and infrastructure upgrades across the estate:
