Construction has reached a major milestone at Prime Business Park East Bendigo, with the first precast panels now erected for Offices A1–A6. Sourced from Victoria’s leading supplier, Statewide Panels, these towering structures mark the beginning of vertical progress across the estate—with over 1,000 panels to be installed before completion.

The foundation works to Offices A1–A6 have now reached completion. The builder and their team of trades have delivered these works in a prompt and professional manner, enabling concrete footing works to commence earlier than anticipated.

Construction is officially underway at Prime Business Park East Bendigo, with site works now commenced and KF Building appointed as the lead builder. This marks the beginning of a transformative project set to deliver Bendigo’s first modern, architecturally designed industrial estate.

Jets Gymnastics joins Prime Business Park East Bendigo as one of the largest tenants. Jets is set to establish their operations in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility, bringing new opportunities and adding to the dynamic mix of successful businesses within the precinct.

Prime Business Park Planning Permit Approval!

We are thrilled to announce that we have received an approved permit from the City of Greater Bendigo for our $55 million Prime Business Park East Bendigo project.

Prime Business Park East Bendigo will feature 17 individual offices, 57 flexible warehouses, two large street-facing factories, and a central café, which marks the largest mixed industrial business park development in Bendigo to date.
