We are delighted to provide an update on the remarkable progress achieved on-site at our development project. We are pleased to announce the completion of concrete slab pouring for warehouses 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 22, and 23, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing development journey.

The pouring process has been meticulously executed, with each slab now undergoing the essential curing period. This achievement not only signifies tangible progress but also offers a compelling visualisation of the considerable scale of the second phase of concretion.

 In addition to the pouring process, our builder's subcontractors have meticulously undertaken propeller trowelling to ensure a polished surface for the curing concrete. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that each slab meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, further underscoring the excellence of the M1 Business Park.

UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION WORKS:

- Installation of precast panels for warehouses 22 and 23.

- Installation of precast panels for warehouses 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

- Installation of essential services to central warehouses.

- Installation of roofing and insulation to warehouses 24, 25, 26 to 33.
