Precast Panel Installations

The latest phase of construction has witnessed significant advancements, particularly in the assembly of precast panels for warehouse units 26 to 33, as well as panel installations for units 24 and 25, which occurred today (Thursday, 29th Feb).

Notably, the slab foundation works for warehouses 22 and 23 have also been successfully completed, and concrete pours are scheduled to commence shortly.

The project has made substantial headway, with the development now visibly emerging from the ground and progressing seamlessly.

UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION WORKS:

  • Concrete slab pours to Warehouses 22 & 23

  • Installation of services to central warehouses

  • Installation of mains electrical pillar onsite

  • Preparation of foundations for Warehouses 01, 04 - 09.
