We are pleased to inform you that the site cut works are nearing completion, marking a pivotal phase in our construction process and reaching a milestone in the construction works.

Over the past weeks, a substantial amount of soil has been moved across the site to achieve the required finished levels. This precise earthwork operation reflects our commitment to ensuring the foundation is optimal for the upcoming phases of construction.

In addition to the site cut achievements, our builder has commenced the installation of the council's brand-new stormwater piping. This crucial infrastructure element is being integrated with attention to detail and in accordance with all regulatory standards. The initiation of this phase not only demonstrates our proactive approach to compliance but also ensures the development can progress through construction without delay.
