We are thrilled to announce that after a longer than usual process of finalising the project’s construction contract and resolving information requests for the building permit, our team has now executed the construction contract.

Construction has been awarded to local commercial builders Langden Constructions Pty Ltd.

Through a thorough assessment of suitable builders, our team has selected Langden Construction due to their dedication, excellence in construction and meticulous attention to detail.

We can't wait to showcase the incredible transformation that's about to take place at M1 Business Park.

Our team is buzzing with excitement as we embark on this journey to create Moe and Newborough’s first modern warehouse development that will truly set a new standard in the industry.

As construction progresses, we are committed to keeping you in the loop every step of the way. Expect regular project updates that will provide you with insights into the development's milestones, design innovations, and the overall progress of this remarkable venture.

UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION WORKS:

  • Builder to assume control of the site and establish setup operations

  • Upgrading/replacement of authority services to site

  • AusNet to replace pole-mounted transformer and prepare pole for connection

  • Demolition and removal of miscellaneous items on site

  • Civil site works, cutting and levelling soil
